3. Photos & Our AI Tools

Several tools — including the AI Skin Analyzer, Pro HD Diagnostics, Skin Age Estimator, Makeup Look Advisor, Hair Analyzer, Nail Analyzer, and Outfit Analyzer — let you upload a photo of your face, skin, hair, nails, or outfit for analysis. Because we take facial and body imagery seriously, please read this section carefully.

• Photos you upload are sent to OpenAI's GPT-4o API to generate your analysis and recommendations.
• We do not store your uploaded photos permanently on our servers. Images are processed to produce your result and are not retained for browsing or profiling.
• We do not use your photos to train any AI models, and our processing agreement with OpenAI provides that API inputs are not used to train their models.
• Your analysis results (the text output) may be shown to you during your session and, if you are logged in, may be associated with your account so you can view them again.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve our AI tools, content, and website.
• To create and manage your account and enforce daily usage limits across Guest, Free, and Premium tiers.
• To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
• To process Premium subscriptions and payments.
• To send you beauty tips, product suggestions, or service updates — only where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

• Uploaded photos — not retained after your analysis is generated.
