These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beautyfn.com, operated by Beauty & Fashion World ("BeautyFN," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, content, and free and paid AI beauty tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, uploading a photo, using any tool, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using BeautyFN you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
BeautyFN provides beauty, skincare, haircare, fashion, and perfumery content together with AI-powered tools such as skin, hair, nail, and outfit analyzers, quizzes, ingredient checkers, and AI chat. The Service is provided for general informational and personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service offers different tiers — Guest, Free, and Premium — with different daily usage limits for AI tools. Free tiers are subject to usage caps that reset periodically.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Our AI tools generate results using artificial intelligence and are provided for general beauty and informational purposes only.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("User Content"). To operate the Service, you grant BeautyFN a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the tool result you requested (including sending it to our AI provider for processing). We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
All content, branding, designs, software, and tools that make up the Service are owned by BeautyFN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service and the results it produces for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or tools without our prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including OpenAI for AI processing, SendGrid for email, our payment provider, and our hosting provider). Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI results will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyFN and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any skin reaction, dissatisfaction, or other outcome resulting from following AI-generated advice. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautyFN from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Massachusetts will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
