This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Beauty & Fashion World ("BeautyFN") Premium subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
Most of BeautyFN's tools are free to use with no payment required. This policy applies only to paid Premium subscriptions.
Premium is a recurring subscription billed in advance (for example monthly or annually) through our third-party payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
Because Premium gives immediate access to our tools, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any verified error, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
Email info@beautyfn.com from the address associated with your account, including the date of the charge and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
